The Irish Heart Foundation is a community of people who fight to

these life-changing conditions. We work to achieve this by:

* Caring for and speaking out for people in the community living with
heart conditions and stroke, and their families.
* Innovating and leading in health promotion and prevention to
change health behaviours and reduce cardiovascular risk.
* Building a nation of lifesavers through CPR training.

To facilitate a smooth migration, we need support from somebody with
significant experience working with data in databases and

prioritise tasks when dealing with conflicting deadlines. This is a
role where the focus is on data cleansing, data transformation,
deduplication and importing data to the CRM from multiple sources with
varying formats and varying degrees of validity; therefore you must
have an innate flair and passion for detail and data accuracy. Once
migrated, you will be required to support the strategic CRM training
plan and support users as they onboard to the new platform.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* A minimum of 2-year prior experience in a CRM role is mandatory
* Evidence of system and data management experience will be sought
* Proficiency in MS Excel is needed, with the ability to create
pivots and lookups (as a minimum)
* Experience of delivering training and support to non-technical
users is essential (f2f & virtually)
